Application forms are also available for PRE-ND Programmes at the cost of N4,000 payable at the UBA Lafia Branch Account Number 1002016062.
Thereafter, Teller should be taken to the Revenue Office of the Polytechnic to obtain receipt to be presented at the Academic Office to collect Application form.
Completed form is to be returned to the Academic Office on or before Friday 30th August, 2019.
