NOUN matriculation ceremony that was earlier scheduled for Saturday 3rd September, 2016, has been shifted to Saturday the 27th of May, 2017. The 16th Matriculation Ceremony of the National Open University of Nigeria will hold in all Study Centres across the Federation. All prospective students are advised to conclude all registration processes ahead of the Ceremony.]]>
